Start Photo fx and take or load a photo.2. Select one of the filter groups at the bottom of the screen: Face fx, Outer fx, Fun fx, Classic fx, or Wild fx.3. Tap on a filter image thumbnail to select it.4. Adjust the sliders that appear to modify the effect.Some filters have on-screen controls that can be manipulated. If so, the On-Screen control icon (the dot with dashes around it) will be highlighted.5. If highlighted, select the On-Screen control icon (the dot with dashes around it).6. Tap and drag the On-Screen control to manipulate the filter.Some filters have presets that you can choose from. If so, the Presets icon (the grid of squares) will be highlighted.7. If highlighted, select the Presets icon (the grid of squares).8. Click on one of the preset image thumbnails.9. Toggle between the original and filtered image using the Before/After icon (double arrow). Make sure you are viewing the filtered image when done.10. Save your photo by tapping the Disk icon. The saved image will show up in your Camera Roll or Saved Photos album.KNOWN ISSUESOccasionally, the iPhone/iPod runs low on system memory causing memory-intensive apps to crash. When you start Photo fx, click the Options button and select a lower setting for the Maximum Output Resolution. It may also be necessary to cycle the power on your phone. Simply power off by holding down the button at the top of your device for two seconds and restart.What's new- Added an Options screen to 1) set the maximum output resolution and 2) save the original along with the filtered image when using the iPhone's camera.
