Linux en el iPhone (Dev Team)

Las personas detrás del iPhone-dev team han logrado iniciar Linux en un iPhone. Más específicamente consiguieron portar el kernel de Linux 2.6 a la plataforma iPhone con soporte para el primer iPhone, el iPhone 3G y el iPod touch de primera generación. A no emocionarse demasiado aún ya que todavía queda mucho trabajo. Faltan muchos de los controladores básicos como el de la pantalla táctil, red inalámbrica, sonido y acelerómetro. Habrá que ver como evoluciona esto de Linux en el iPhone, pero puede llegar a ser interesante. Este hito además abre las puertas para que se pueda adaptar Android, el sistema operativo de Google para smartphones, al iPhone.
