Swipe to throw it.Keep pigs from crashing into the people below!Infections:If a pig hits the ground it releases a virus. If the virus hits a person they become infected. Infected people also spread disease by releasing small virus particles. Infected people spread the infection VERY QUICKLY. If 100% of the people become infected the game is over.Ambulances:You can send an ambulance to take sick people to the hospital. It won't heal them, but the sick will not be able to infect others.To call and ambulance tap and drag the ambulance marker to the infected people.Power Ups:• Butcher's CleaverTap and drag the butchers cleaver to use it to destroy pigs mid-air. You will get no points for pigs removed using the cleaver.Shake while the cleaver is onscreen to clear all of the onscreen pigs at once.• MedicineTap and throw the medicine at infected people to release medicine that will heal anyone it touches. This, unlike the ambulance, will heal the infected.Shake while the medicine is on screen to release vaccine syringes that will temporarily provide immunity to the people the syringes touch. Vaccinated and immune people will flash blue.
